Terms and Conditions
K&D Repair provides a 30-day limited warranty on labor and parts supplied directly by our company. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and replacement parts installed by our technicians only. It does not cover consumables or wear-and-tear items (such as fuses, filters, freon, valves, etc.), nor new issues unrelated to the original repair. The warranty is void if the appliance is misused, serviced or tampered with by anyone other than K&D Repair, or if recommended maintenance is not performed.
K&D Repair is not liable for damages including, but not limited to, leaks, scratches, data loss, food spoilage, or damage to floors, cabinets, or countertops resulting from provided services. The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, power surges, natural wear and tear, misuse, or delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies. All parts used are new or manufacturer-approved unless otherwise stated.
All estimates are based on issues identified during inspection. If additional hidden defects or faulty parts are discovered during the repair process, the total cost of this estimate may be adjusted accordingly upon completion of the job, and the customer will be notified of any additional costs before final payment. K&D Repair operates under a no-refund policy for deposits. Work and parts will not exceed the approved estimate without prior customer consent, except when additional issues are identified during service. A diagnostic fee may apply if no repair is performed.
By signing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes K&D Repair to proceed with the repair. All equipment, parts, and materials remain the property of K&D Repair until full payment has been received.

We will delete or anonymize such data promptly if requested by Thumbtack, or within 5 business days if we discontinue use of the Thumbtack API.
